Edit: If you can see the automated reply from these snake oil salesmen below my review, you can see all you need to in order to ignite the passion you may bring to opening your own local business to force them out of our communities. We need people like you to open shops with real food and make sure these things can never get money again.

Ok look, we all want quality healthy food places in our neighborhoods.

That said, STOP SUPPORTING FRANCHISES!

My god the smoothies are just slightly flavored ice with synthetic garbage and whatever is cheapest to throw in to make it feel like “real” food. The bowls are passable but they’re also actual fruit so it’s no surprise that it’s expensive.

That said, if you’re someone who wants to open a smoothie and fruit bowl business, PLEASE do so. Every community needs people like you to kick franchises out.

And if you see a small business starting out and selling REAL smoothies and bowls, please go support them. That includes the employees of said franchises that don’t deserve to have to work for a company that doesn’t pay them fairly.

Bottom line, tropical smoothie cafe is not worth your time, money and ESPECIALLY the space it’s wasting in...

Updated review, was contacted by management to make it right & i appreciate that! But I'm not after anything for free! Maybe a little more training to the staff in customer service & look into a new delivery method. The three times it was delivered was disgusting! As stated below, smoothies came melted & hot food cold but that's a doordash issue unfortunately ! One driver had my Flatbread and smoothie in her trunk as she had a car full of dogs, absolutely disgusting! Great smoothies & food. Manager friendly but staff unfortunately not. It's like they're being forced to work there.. Need to work out a better system for delivery, 30mins from a restaurant 5mins away from me & second time I just received my "hot grilled flatbread" order cold & green smoothie completely melted and looked like it had been opened or dropped? Completely disgusted in this...

One of my top five smoothie spots. My favorite smoothie is the strawberry hibiscus but they removed it from the menu which is costing them a star on this review. The ceo was at his last board meeting and he’s like “ok guys what should we do to increase sales?” Board: maybe we should end our top selling smoothie and replace it with a trash one? Ceo: excellent idea Charles! Your getting a promotion, let’s end the strawberry hibiscus and replace it with the watermelon mojito. Me: I am warning you, do not get the watermelon mojito it is terrible. The strawberry margarita isn’t any better either. The Bahama mama has been my original favorite but I’ve gotten tired of it.
