I recently dined at Big Joes, and I can confidently say it's a five-star experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the owner and a mouthwatering aroma that instantly got my appetite going. The menu offered an impressive variety of subs to choose from, with options to customize to my heart's content. I opted for their signature Italian sub, and it was nothing short of perfection. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The bread was toasted to golden perfection, adding a delightful crunch to every bite. The portion size was massively generous, ensuring I left with a full and satisfied stomach. What truly sets this sub shop apart, besides the delectable food, is the exceptional service. The owner Joe was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about the quality of my dining experience! They were more than happy to accommodate my requests and offered excellent recommendations.

Came in for the 1st time. While placing our order, during lunch rush...the older man employee decided it was best to interrupt the cashier in the middle of our order to ask about a $2 void the day before. After the 30 second conversation the cashier had to start our order all over again because of the confusion. It was a normal wait time for a busy place but during this busy lunch rush the same older gentleman decided it was best to come from behind the counter to talk to a group of friends and Shake everybody's hands while maintaining and wearing the same glove that he was preparing the food with. Thankfully our food was already wrapped and on its way up otherwise we would have asked for a refund. 4 hours after eating both my wife and I had severe bathroom issues And having not eaten breakfast that day there was only one food source that could've caused it. Not happy....

Had to go to the police department today and file a incident report about Big Joe's Subs on Canal street in New Smyrna Beach today over the owners verbal attack on myself and two other women because of a styrofoam cup of which we offered to pay for. I paid for the meal and when I offered to pay was yelled at to sit down and shut up! In 69 years no one has ever said that to me. I asked for my money back and was told no he would not give me my money back. The is a theif and I would say stay clear of that man something is wrong with him mentally. After going to Yelp and Facebook apparently he does this to a great deal of people!...
