Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Smyrna Beach

This Dunkin' Donuts always gets my pickup orders wrong for some reason. The people behind the counter were kind of rude when I brought the food in that was incorrect In order to give me the right food back. Like it's my fault that YOU got my order wrong.. the restaurant is clean and is the bathroom is also but I don't appreciate getting an attitude for no reason when I spend a good amount of money at Dunkin' donuts. I stopped coming here just for that reason. Now I've been going to the Dunkin' Donuts on 44 and it's the best change I've ever made they are the absolute best. Not to mention dont sit the parkinglot n eat in your car before work. They WILL call the cops on you for suspicious behavior. REALLY you see me walk in in a work uniform get food an go to my car by myself in a marked work vehicle. Didnt know its a problem to eat in ur own car in pubic apparently here it is! I cannot believe they put a Starbucks right next to y’all. Basically sharing the parking lot I mean got dang how is that even legal? I’m just glad they ain’t got no ice cream, but I’m sure they’d just screw that up anywho. Unlike you guys. You guys would never do something like that. You know what’s interesting? Baskin Robins 31 unique flavors of ice cream as shown by their very clever logo. My favorite is mom’s making cookies. It’s been five stars for sure but if y’all don’t bring back my ice cream ima start to feel like it’s a little personal. It’s cool, I get it. Y’all rather have a tub full of that basic vanilla nobody gets. You know who chooses the most basic flavor of ice cream after being presented with 31 unique flavors? Not a child, not a distinguished gentleman. Nobody. Nobody wants the gosh darn vanilla ice cream so please for the love of anything and everything, bring back the moms...

Tonight I had more smiles than either guy behind the counter and though a (female) worker sitting down isn't bad in itself, if I were the owner and I had a rug so dirty it was sticky, a bag of trash sitting on the counter where customers place their order, a floor needing swept and a restaurant that needed cleaned before closing, I'd be upset.

The 'problems' could've been a fluke or a result of a very rainy day (though a sticky-dirty rug seems to say it's had ice cream or soda dry on it without being washed out and when it gets wet, it's sticky. That's really gross.) but whatever the reason the owner (or manager) must address these issues or they will permanently lose customers - and marker share - and never know why.
