We ordered a variety of dishes just to sample as much as we could—and we still have more to try! The Cuban sandwich was absolutely amazing, but the biggest surprise was the yucca fries. They were the perfect balance of textures: crispy, fluffy, soft, and chewy all at once. And that green dipping sauce? Incredible. I’ve tried all kinds of fries—fancy ones, different root vegetables—but these were hands-down the best I’ve ever had. I’m genuinely sad I can’t get them closer to home. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful establishment and I must say, the food was outstanding! The Cuban sandwich was flavorful, the fries were crispy, and the organic passion fruit and mango juice were refreshing.
