Very slow service waited 25 minutes while 6 others got there food and left while we were still waiting and when we finally got our food and drove off started handing it out to the kids and got ours and it was ice cold... this has happened far to many times to count and we are no longer going here just like in baseball 3 strikes your out and will go to a sit down restaurant or none from now on you'd think spending almost 50 dollars at a shot you'd get better service and food aparently not... we are very disappointed in the food and service... not to mention the big Mac meal I ordered there wasn't even a top bun (how does that even happen?) and the meat was just laying in the box on one side half up the top of the box it looked like it got dropped thrown in a box in a heap and was just placed in one of the bags under the soggy frys that got the box so greasy it was dripping down and leaked threw the bag and on our...
Read moreI and my family went through New Ulm and decided to stop at McDonald's for supper. The drive-thru order taker did a decent job repeating the order back to us, but that's the end of the positive experience. Ordering 3 chicken nugget happy meals, along with a 20-piece nugget, you would think they would remember the sauces. Fortunately the nuggets were fresh and therefore palatable to eat. Not sure how long they had been sitting in the fry bin, but the fries were passed their prime. Unfortunately, by the time all this was realized we were down the road a ways, and we were under a time crunch and couldn't turn around and wait in the drive-thru line for...

I've had so many horrible mocha's that taste like weak chocolate milk I stopped getting them, and even wrote to the owner thinking maybe they would get on their people to make them correctly. Nope. I went back today after 2 months and nothing's changed, still chocolate milk for $5. I'm done there.
Update March 6, 2013 - Hey... guess what? Now you can get a McCafe beverage for $1 off from 2 - 5. But only if you remind them it is $1 off. I thought I'd give it a try again... but I'm guessing the reason they are $1 off from 2 - 5 is because the people working from 2 - 5 know EVEN LESS about adding espresso to the drink. Once again... watery milk. YUM. New Ulm McDonalds is a massive failure in...
