Horrible Experience, The staff needs to learn how to use the cash register. I had my order placed by like 6:15 Got out after 7. at least 7 customers walked after me everyone got their food and left. I specifically asked for a slice to be given to me as I waited but he never handed me one. I had to ask him about the slice when he was packing my food. He was friendly and trying to avoid whenever I asked for my food but the wait time is no where okay. The garlic knots are stale and chewy, The pizza is okay with a chewy base as well. Fries were decent and they are okay with customizing everything so that’s a pro.
EDIT- the review above was 8 months ago, this is another update on your friendly neighborhood pizza shop, If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont get me wrong food is good, they’re very flexible with menu. They do not RESPECT the customer’s time. I walked in tonight and i wanted a wrap urgently. The lady at the register assured me. About 5-6 mins later I asked her for update she said 1-2 mins it’s almost ready . I was happy that it didn’t take so long but Had to wait additional 11 mins for them to actually bring it out to me. I was clearly upset asked why would you say it’s gonna take 1-2 mins if it clearly was gonna take a while. She said the grill was cold and we can’t serve raw food, which is pretty understandable but at least let the customer know that it’s gonna take longer than expected. I was right there asking her for updates when all I got in return were excuses and more wait time for the food.
Please just take your business down the block to panini pizza and grill. Much faster and Much better quality food, more variety too and.. THEY...
Read moreThe plain pie pizza tasted like little ceasers pizza. Don't believe most of these reviews. I recently ordered a pie thinking it would atleast resemble a Italian style pie however to my disappointment the attractive prices for the pies do not match the qualities of Italian run pizza shops across nyc. If you don't have a issue eating pizza that no wear near resembles a Italian restaurant pizza shop give it a try otherwise prepare to be disappointed when it tastes like little ceasers, and little ceazers is probably the worst pizza made in the city of new york. Also the bread used to make the crust is truly terrible it resembles cardboard more than a fresh baked pie from other Italian run joints. Other than the terrible food the service was good. To summerize if your in the mood for pizza and want a signinuture Italian made slice with real flavor and a beautiful crust steer clear from here. If you want a quick slice affordable to feed the stomach like most people on a tight budget do give them a try with low...
