Margarita Pizza? It's soft, the cheese slides off and it has no basil. My wife called to question what was delivered, instantly noticing there was no basil. She was met with an unapologetic response. "It is margarita pizza, there is fresh mozzarella and garlic... We are out of basil." Well then, you cannot sell a margarita pizza, can you? The right thing to do is call the customer prior to making it and explain the situation. If you fail to do that, offer a discount or partial refund or something. I can only imagine they must be super busy, since the pizza was rushed out of the oven and into a box. The cheese moved all over. The dough was still soft. The product is forgivable, if the service is there. The service is tolerable if the product is good. Today there was a failure on both accounts.

I've been to just about every pizza restaurant in queens since I moved here from Brooklyn. The pizza wasn't bad but it didn't have that Brooklyn greatness, so happy I found Apicius pizzeria, their slices and garlic knots, top notch, they have definitely gained a new loyal customer. 👌 come check it out!!!

Best regular pizza I ever had… and I really generally do not enjoy pizza, location in perfect part of the area and really lovely authentic vibe to the place with some outside seating perfect for summer time. I went back her twice during my visit to the States🍕😍👌🏾

Apicius Pizza is AWESOME!!! Everything that we have eaten at Apicius has been EXCELLENT!!! As an Italian Chef and former Italian Restaurant owner, (and Self Proclaimed Pizza snob), I can honestly say that they have a genuine knowledge and Love for the Italian Cuisine. The Owner and the entire staff are just Incredibly Great people. This is the type of Family establishment that we should support and promote because they do their best to keep customers happy and they Just Really Deserve it!!! Rock On Apicius, We...

Best pizza in Queens! The sauce is perfect balance of salty, tangy and sweet, the mozzarella is salty and spread perfectly. The crust is perfectly salty, thin and chewy with a little crisp but not too much amd never burnt. Lovely seating area makes a good spot for a lively, casual dinner spot. The owner is so humble and such a kind guy. He and the warm hearted woman are a great, funny duo. Call me a regular. Try the Broccoli Pinwheels! They are so good and you can say you ate your greens...
