I absolutely love Jack Jones and I have been here many times. I did feel the need to discuss an experience I just had doing bottomless brunch though. It was a little bit upsetting to me. I did the hour of bottomless and I did not realize that my hour was up. I absolutely did not go overboard on the drinks. I hadn’t seen my waitress in a little while and I wanted one more drink so I asked another waiter that I saw for another mimosa. Well, my waitress came back over with the tray of mimosas, But told me that my hour was up and that I would need to pay for this one separately!! I found this really really weird. I have never had that experience before at a bottomless brunch. It was like she dangled my drink in front of my face and then expected me to say no? You always tell the customer before their hour is up, and offer them their last drink. Especially since I hadn’t gone overboard and I hadn’t seen her in a while to order my last drink. I thought it was really ridiculous and unfair. I would’ve never done that if I was a waitress, unfortunately it did reflect in her tip because I didn’t find that to be very considerate or very giving. So I paid for the “bottomless” brunch even though it definitely wasn’t bottomless and on top of that I had to buy my third mimosa for another $10-$15? It was super ridiculous and I’m a reasonable person but this wasn’t cool. Anyways, it’s a fantastic restaurant and the brunch itself was delicious so I will be back. I just don’t really prefer this particular waitress. It ended up being a pretty pricey brunch for this reason and it...
Read moreI went here with my girlfriend for a few drinks and was quite disappointed. We ended up getting 4 drinks between the two of us and i closed out the tab and i decided not to leave a tip because i felt like the drinks were too expensive , small cups and it felt like there was barely liquor in it. Then my girlfriend asked me just to get one more drink (because she felt like the drinks weren't strong at all). So i went to the bar , the bartender named Simon, made eye contact with me multiple times but took other peoples order and i waited almost 10 mins until i can get the drink. Once my order was taken he proceeded to look at this paper on the wall ( i guess it was how to make this cocktail i ordered) and that took a few mins more as well. I decided to just close the tab again after that drink and i decided not to tip again because of the poor service i received. When i made my way back to my table he approached me with my girlfriend sitting next to me and asked me Why did i didn't tip with the 1st and 2nd tab i had opened and asked if the service was not good. I found it disrespectful for him to do this infront of my date. I was very disappointed at prices of the drinks considering how small they were as well as the lack of liquor and what really killed my vibe the most was the bartender approaching me. I dont think i would ever come...
Read moreI had a very bad experience with Jack Jones. I called two weeks in advance looking for a reservation for my boyfriends surprise birthday for 12 people to sit indoors (at separate tables). I was shocked (given covid) when then said they could reserve 3 four top tables for us, being grateful, I jumped on it and called a few days later to confirm because the manager left me a voicemail but I called him back 4 times minimum and he never answered. I called the bar again the night before and the manager finally called me back saying I was given false information & I could only make a reservation for outdoor seating. Since it was the night before when I got this update I just stuck with it. It was freezing and no heaters. The server/hostess was extremely rude to us. She told part of the group that we requested outdoor dining lolll & then said we could have 5 from the group go in and the rest of us stay outside, meanwhile the bar was well below their 24 person/25 capacity.
Definitely do NOT recommend jack jones due to their terrible team communication skills and rude...
