My family & I dined in at this location on 4/28/2024. It was 3 adults & 3 children.when the bill came it was $170 and we scanned the QR code on the receipt to pay on our phones and split the bill 3 ways.we each paid our portion plus tax & left the waiter a lovely tip. We all submitted our payment via phone & left. Upon getting in our vehicle in the parking lot, the waiter (ANTHONY C) runs out with the receipt saying we’re $60 short. We all showed him proof that we paid and the money was taken from our cards but he still argued that we were $60 short. We then went back in the store where he proceeded to charge my sisters card another $60. Not only was she wrongly charged twice we were humiliated & embarrassed from this experience because people were watching the whole encounter. It is extremely unfair & hurtful to my family. The waiter then proceeded to say that sometimes the Apple Pay payments don’t go through right away in the restaurant which is unfair to us as customers because we showed him proof we paid and still my sister was charged again. Accusing us of being short on the bill but that wasn’t the truth definitely isn’t ok with my family. The lack of respect & professionalism we’ve experienced here is truly disappointing. Read moreI arrived to car side parking space and waited for 15 min before deciding to leave my car and go into restaurant. At that time I waited in the ToGo area along with several other patrons. Once it was my turn to speak with the "server" approx another 10 min I asked him if the car side option was unavailable tonight because I never was greeted outside and had to come in to order. He replied it is available but that he hadn't got a chance to come outside because he is busy. I ordered my food and did not ask for any assistance until I had been waiting for my food upwards of 45 min. I spoke with the manager whom told me the food was being bagged up. I asked for a discount which he said "I'll give you a little something." In context, I am almost 7 months pregnant, chose to leave my car to order and wait since the service seemed unreliable, there are no empty bar seats and the nearest table which was empty was not offered and then filled with a couple. I am kneeling on the floor nearby. The ticket time above is the time they PRINTED my order concurrent when I was to pay for receiving my order, not the time I placed the order. As I write this I am still waiting approx another 20 minutes after the ticket time above. Read moreThis is for the Friday night manager who told me to seek medical attention and provide him with a doctors note for food poisoning before I “assume” that I was served bad chicken. I am not a complainer, and I know every person says this before they’re about to complain, but I didn’t even bother to call and complain earlier this afternoon after I threw my salad away because the chicken tasted sour. About an hour after eating I started getting sharp shooting cramps and sped home to sit in my bathroom for 45 minutes feeling like I was going to throw up while sitting on the toilet which continued for the rest of the day/night. I connected the dots and called the restaurant just to explain that the chicken might’ve been bad and the first person I spoke to was great. The manager, however, gaslit and belittled me to no end; he told me that nobody else complained all day so I couldn’t have had bad chicken, and to seek medical attention numerous times to which I said it’s not that big of a deal for $27.00, but after he hung up on me while I was in the middle of thanking him and apologizing for the fourth time, I got in my car and went to urgent care where I was, in fact, told I had food poisoning. The staff on the other hand is great, but find a manager who knows how to handle complaints properly without belittling and gaslighting...
