This place has good food and coffee. Their issue is being able to answer phones properly and constantly leaving people on hold or taking forever to have the food done even when you call way in advance. Today I called to place an order for 3 large coffees and then I asked for 2 medium and 1 large and the man who answered put me on hold and told me to wait. I waited and they never got back to me. I called about 4 minutes later and a woman answered who put me on hold again and never came back. I decided to go in person and order. When I got there I waited on line. Someone else came after me and they started giving them service. I told them I had gotten there first and the woman told me that I had to come to the side.
She took my order and then the man who had first answered the phone proceeds to say
“you were the person who called and said you wanted medium coffees, then larges coffees then told me to wait. I DONT have time to wait”
I NEVER asked him to wait. He was the one who had told me to wait and never answered back. Even after I called again, I was told to wait. I understand that places like these get busy and there are rushes.
However, to make a comment like that which was a lie just to be spiteful after I literally hadn’t even complained about being left on hold and then respectfully informed the worker that I had gotten there first is rude and unprofessional. There should be more...
Read moreI have been ordering from this place several times and I'm so fed up with disappointment.4 times out of 5 they messed out with the orders. we miss stuff or is just the wrong order and who is gonna wait another 40 minutes to an hour that's what the delivery takes and i live 2 blocks away from the place. Im so dissatisfied with whoever takes the order or the cook how can a place manage to messed up so much they need to wake up because people is paying for it. The first couple of times I tried to understand and excuse them thinking well they might be busy but now u I am so annoying like come on you need to improve service(taking order over the phone, delivery, making sure what u sending is what paying order and paying for). Idk who handles taking orders but, they need to wake up or someone has to get fired because this has been going on way too long & what I believe to be the supervisor doesn’t seem to do anything about it.
