Have gone to bagel pub for years and loved it. Have ordered from seamless on multiple occasions and the orders have quite literally always been delivered nearer to 2.5 hours later which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering delivery in the first place. It goes w/o saying that the normally high caliber of food is eroded as it sits on a counter at room temperature or with a delivery person for 2+ hours. When we’ve called bagel pub, employees have seemed disinterested in how this experience seems to be become a norm.

I guess in short and to be direct, bagel pub, please do better. We and our friends have enjoyed your establishment as the quality of freshly made bagels has no comparison locally. With that being said, your delivery service is becoming a disservice to the hard work and effort that your team puts in on a daily basis. Simply put we order online because the logistics of ordering in-house can at times take a significant amount of time due to space constraints and high volume. This is a good thing and speaks to a job well done. To that point, the delivery experience, which has been shared by several of our local friends eventually puts a bad taste in one’s mouth.

In an effort to be fair in our review we’ll be ordering again in the near future to try to ascertain whether our recent experiences have been random one off occasions. If that is the case we will most assuredly revise our review.

Hope you guys are willing to look into this as what you offer to the neighborhood is something unique...

I came in just to grab a coffee, but the experience was frustrating from the start. As a first-time customer, the setup was really confusing—there are multiple lines and no clear signage about which lines are for what. I initially stood in the line closest to the door, but it turned out to be the wrong one. I tried asking the cashier directly in front of me for help, but she ignored me completely.

I then went to the line marked “Order Here” on the opposite side of the store—still wrong. The staff member there told me I had to go back to the front register (since all I wanted was a coffee) When I returned, I found out I was supposed to be in yet another line—to the left of the first one. It would’ve been helpful if someone had simply pointed me in the right direction when I attempted to ask.

When I finally got to the register, I ordered a coffee with milk and sugar, but was handed a black coffee. I being confused said I had asked for milk and sugar, and was told, “Over there,” with no further explanation. A little more clarity and friendliness would’ve gone a long way.

Can’t speak to the food, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. If the staff seems frustrated by customers, maybe clearer signage or a better system could help everyone out. Unfortunately, I won’t be...

The food is really yum...if you can get it. They are always out of something...for me it's usually croissants. The very first time I ordered here the person said she'd have to ask if they had any...in the A.M.!!!...luckily they did...that one time, and it was delicious. Unfortunately I've ordered here about ten times since, at various times during the day, and haven't been able to get another one. I always settle for the bagels which are good also...but if you're aware enough to the point that you're warning customers by mid morning and you're perpetually running out...make more!!! Seriously!!!

Another minor sore point is the hit and miss service...there always seems to be one worker standing around looking completely lost...and that's usually the one who will take your order...after briefly eyeballing you, while you're standing there patiently at the register, like you're a more nuisance than source of revenue...and they can't seem to make an iced latte for some reason...my wife, who's too agreeable to say something, always orders an iced latte...and always leaves with a hot latte...

All this is nitpicky admittedly but I really want to like this place...it should be an easy 5 star...and I would really love it... if they ever had freaking...

Awesome Bagel restaurant 🥯 !! This is the one! Man 😌 they got a pumpernickel everything bagel that is to die for! It’s so good! The whole wheat everything, regular everything , in fact I haven’t had a bad bagel here yet. They have a great exterior crust and a nice gooey & chewy inside. Not sure why they weren’t at BagelFest last year but they’d easily win if they enter! The food is amazing. The smoothies there are pretty good too. The only thing is it’s always packed and full of people. And if you’re getting any hot sandwich it can take awhile. Even calling ahead sometimes doesn’t help which makes it hard if your crunched for time in your morning. But if you have time it’s well worth it for a real NY / Brooklyn Bagel! The staff always keeps a level head amongst the chaos of orders and have been friendly on my visits. They have more spreads then I thought possible for a bagel as well! It’s a great spot with great food! Check them out! 😎 🥯
