Duals Natural — Local services in New York

I think I spent a good half hour in this store today and ending up buying so much stuff that I don’t normally see in other grocery or health stores. They have every spice imaginable- and even fresh herbs and paneer. I picked up everything I needed to make two different Indian dishes and also something for my gut health and a bunch of gifts like lions mane, ashwaganda, soap, and incense for a friend who is going through a tough time.

Wandered in here because I live around the corner and I was absolutely shocked and so excited to see that there is an amazing selection of Indian groceries!!!!!

The front of the store looks totally uninteresting to me (advertises fat loss tea and CBD products???) but when you go inside, there is a huge range of Indian spices, frozen breads, fresh paneer, Indian snacks, even thai curry bases!!!! AMAZING!!!!

If you were confused by the outside like I was, you’ve got to go in. The inside is very long and narrow and full of amazing treasures and hard to find...
