Seriously? You charge me for toasting bread that is part of a sandwich and toasting a muffin? A sandwich is made with some type of meat and bread, and a muffin can be or cannot be toasted. This is standard for the aforementioned items and NOT customization...meaning something special. This does NOT involve extra labor and or ingredients. If there is going to be an extra charge, then it has to be stated on the menu, which it is not, I only find out about this extra charge once I got the receipt attached to my Door Dash order. Thank you for nickel and diming me...literally. Done as a customer.

This is the reply from the owner. This is ridiculous. Tell me, do you charge extra for items that are refrigerated? How about charging customers that come into the establishment? How about charging customers that exit the establishment? How about charging an oxygen charge for breathing the air in the establishment? How about a charge for communicating with customers? All this "requires additional time and resources" too.

Nickel and diming your customers with all sorts of frivolous charges is not acceptable, if one cannot afford to do business, one should not be in business.

I can't deal with ridiculousness. Goodbye...I have wasted enough "time and resources" on your establishment and writing...

I have repeatedly had wrong orders from this place. I can’t tell you how annoying it is to pay extra for something and it not even be in the order. I’ve had this happen multiple times with their online ordering on their website. So today I thought I’d go in person and place the order and they still messed it up. It was foolish of my not to check my order before leaving. I came here because it was easy and close to my home but I’m over it.

Update 9/17/24:

I foolishly went back and did an online order because I was in a pinch. I WROTE A WHOLE note this time so they wouldn’t forget ingredients and guess what? They still forgot it. And better yet, I get there and they haven’t even seen that the order came in. What the hell is the point of having an online ordering system if you can’t even have anything prepared and ready for pickup? The point of online ordering is to save someone time. This place is so damn useless, I’m so over it. No one should...

Not sure why there's so many good reviews. Stopped there on my way through SI, for a quick bagel. Unfortunately, they don't serve eggs after a certain time, so we had to settle with just a buttered bagel, cream cheese, and muffins. Bagels were not fresh, kid messed up the order and buttered the wrong bagel, cream cheese on the wrong bagel, etc. muffins were clearly days old, fell apart in near dust like experience. Glad we had waters in the car, I'm sure without them, the experience would have been like trying to eat a dozen saltine crackers...
