I'm in the hospital and after being here for 2 months I wanted something to cheer me up. Being a patient and ordering food s takes a lot of effort to go and get takeout but I needed something to improve my mood. I scheduled an order on Uber and it was releases. I waited 20 minutes waiting to see the driver pick up the order so I could head down but I get a call about them not having the flavors. I don't understand why they have false items on the menu and why they waited to til the last minute to call and rush me to change my order. Not only did they rush me but they were rude. I have certain food rules I have to follow so I can't just choose random flavors I have to look at the ingredients when I told the person on the phone that I can't choose flavors over the phone he was rude and trying to force me to choose and I told him to cancel my order and give me a refund and he was not honorable and tried to wait me out. I don't understand how a business phone number is someone's personal cell phone. When I need to call for having a problem with door dash, no one answers and the voice-mail sounds like someone's cell phone.
