I get my nails done here routinely. The owner is a sweet, caring woman. While at work, she's all business. But I've had the opportunity to meet her on the street in the morning, and she's nothing less than wonderful. She has a heart of gold. Each of their techs are very good. In the early days of my going there, i was partial to a certain tech, but over time, i realized it doesn't matter. They all do great work. I like my nails thin and narrow, and they oblige easily. They have a small store, but everything you need, including waxing services. I live in the area, and i enjoy going there. You see familiar faces all the time. I've noticed a few lady clients have made friendships with other clients by simply being regular customers. It's almost like an old time hair salon. Gossip, laughter, and a little attitude. I love it!! Oh, and their prices, don't forget that, are very reasonable. The owner is a fully licensed, legitimate business owner. None of that funny stuff they love to write stories about in the city. Please go here, you will not be...

I’m sure there are plenty of people that may have had a better outcome but as for me a new customer I am definitely never going back I literally through out 115 $ I have to get my...

I see a language barrier and not allowing these employees a moment to understand them and to respond for the customer to understand their response. Usually it’s the customer that’s impatient and rude when they don’t understand the employees which causes a chain reaction. They may need to process your question, so give them a moment to respond. Also, if their with a customer and obviously talking to them, wait or ask nicely if you can...
