Extremely terrible and disrespectful customer service. I wanted a piece of grilled chicken one day and pointed to the piece of chicken that I wanted. Another worker came from the back took the piece of chicken that I said I wanted. He took it to make his own meal, as he started at me while walking away. The person who was serving me told me to pick another piece of chicken. I said, I pointed to the piece I wanted and your co-worker took it knowing that I wanted that piece. The guy serving me had the nerve. It's more chicken pick another one. FOH. After a few Choice words I left there without spending a penny. I ordered a cheeseburger with pepper jack and chicken cordon bleu off Grubhub and it was delivered 30 minutes late. I called at one point before it arrived, and whoever answered told me “the chicken cordon bleu is being Made and it takes a long time since it’s homemade.” So I expected the food would be at least decent since it was taking so long. It came and it was AWFUL. Burger was cooked very well done despite me asking for med rare. It was dry and lacked flavor. The cordon bleu dish was horrible. It was supposed to come with broccoli and instead it came with pre-made mixed veggies and tasteless mashed potatoes. The chicken cordon bleu wasn’t remotely close to an actual cordon bleu.
