I am a pizza lover and I love a cheese slice when it comes to pizza. I like billy's because they are in a convenient location based on where I am located. The workers are very serious about their jobs and what they do. They seem to be a unit a high percentage of the time it depends on who is working though I must say that. Some workers are friendlier than others and they are typically busy depending on the days you decide to go there. I use to do the buffalo pizza when I was more of a meat eater. It was really delicious at that time. Now that I do not consume meat in that velocity i stick to cheese pizza. I also notice that the beef patties with cheese are a hot commodity there. I have not eaten there beef patties in years but it is an item on their menu that I have heard them say several times that it is sold out on more than one occasion. How ever the thin crust on the pizza is amazing for me because I do not enjoy doughy pizza. It is too heavy on my stomach but they do carry a variety of dishes on their menu and depending on who you speak to they may tell you they like something else. However I do enjoy my visits to their location for the simplistic things. The special they carry is two slices and a drink for $6.50 cents. There pie average $20 dollars for a cheese pizza beyond that I do not have the prices or the information but they are a decent location where the environment is welcoming and the employees are friends and welcoming. Most of their customers seem to be loyal customers that frequent there. They have a community based business which...

Less things on you pizza means there’s less possibility that something will be a disaster. If you use the Slice app to order pizza like I do, I would highly recommend ordering the pizza with the “thin crust” instead of the regular crust. I’ve found out that the regular crust is pretty thick and the “thin” crust is what most of us would consider a NY slice. Also today was my first time ordering a pizza with mushrooms from Billy’s and Im fairly certain it’s canned mushrooms instead of fresh which I really dislike. Like I said, less things = less problems. I added a pic of how todays pizza arrived and I live across the street. How can a pizza get so messed up delivering it 250 feet away? Everything is slid over to one side and squished.
I truly want to love Billy’s because it’s my local pizza joint, but I’ve had just as many bad experiences as good experiences and I don’t think it should be like that. So I give them 3...

The biggest issue for me is that they keep the pizza in the FRIDGE and then heat it up when you order. That completely ruins the texture and taste. If business is slow, make the pies on demand instead of letting them sit in the fridge — pizza should be fresh, not reheated from the FRIDGE, I don’t know how this ain’t a Dept of Health Violation.
Yes, the pizza is cheaper compared to other spots, but honestly I’d rather pay a few extra dollars for something that actually tastes good. Cheap only matters if the food holds up, and it doesn’t here.
On top of that, ordering online has been a headache. More than once, delivery has shown up with the wrong pizza or with items missing from the order. For me, that’s the last straw. There are too many great pizza places in the city to put up with cold slices and...
