Bistro1804 — Restaurant in New York

The food was excellent! They are definitely new to the restaurant industry so they have a long way to go. They need a whole administrative team including management and marketing but the food - superb. The decor-fabulous. The staff-nice but they have no idea what their doing. Somebody knew how to cook, someone knew about construction and design, somebody opened a business. Smh. They need help! We should give this place a chance...

I ordered two dinners and they were both absolutely disgusting. The white rice was stale and the legume was salty. The fried turkey was tasteless and the rice and beans was just nasty. Not to mention the fried plantains were hard and old. I should’ve read the reviews before I wasted my money. Two plates of food going straight in the trash!...

I'm an Uber eats delivery courier. Super long wait time, about an hour. It was my first order if the night so i didn't want to cancel it. The door has a buzzer to get in and out of the shop, but they blast music so they can't hear people knocking to get in. Seems more like a hangout for the owner than a bar...
