As a foodie and a TikTok influencer I went to give my honest opinion regarding this restaurant I’ve been hearing about. I must say the food is really good as well as refreshing. The atmosphere is good . Clean and it carries a sort of positive energy inside. However the service I received from the young woman with the bang and the twist was kind of insulting. For -1 she put the lid halfway on my drink and it spilled everywhere. Then I ordered bacon and I waited for almost an half of hour to get it . While I seen her hand deliver people’s food to them that ordered way after me . It appeared that she forgot which is fine because they appeared to be busy . However atleast acknowledge you forgot and do better . I had to get up and just get my bacon and leave by the time I received it . So the service I received was not good enough for me to return. One thing I don’t like is bad service. Good food with bad service is not something I care for . Besides this I would say it’s a nice chill place with good food and good vibes .

Came around 9am on a Sunday and it was the best lazy Sunday I could had! The avocado toast with salmon had caramelized onions in between that took it to the next level. I always order avocado toast with salmon at any breakfast joint I can. Their version really sticks out as a top contender! If you never had kremas (Crémas) in your lattes, take this as sign to start. The owner so nicely explained that it’s like Haitian egg nog. It added a slightly sweet, creamy note to my matcha. TBH it’s my first time trying kremas and I’m glad this place introduced it to me. (Sorry no photo I chugged it so fast) Also got a hibiscus brew. Their tea tastes slightly lighter in terms of flavor and it blended so well with what I believe is their sweetener. It was refreshingly light and wish I had bought another cup before I left. I’m not some kind of professional reviewer nor friends with the owner. This was genuinely a random cafe we came to and I can’t wait to do it again.

On this day I was in the mood for some breakfast but not the regular offerings from delis or fast food establishment. I did a search and found Sweet Sundays. It sparked my interest because I drive by it often and love the ambiance from the outside. I decide to give it a try and to a quick 4 minute drive there. Upon entry it had a great feel and vibe. I was greeted by the unique and pretty young woman at the register and also another woman whom I believe is one of the owners who gave off a motherly vibe. I had the simple breakfast of waffle and eggs. It was great and definitely hit the spot. I will be returning soon to try other food offers and the refreshing drinks they have as well. Welcome to the neighborhood! As much as it has been changing its great to see an establishment that still can cater to the native people of Flatbush and surrounding areas and also invite and include the newcomers.

Okay, my husband and I had recently tried this cafe out perhaps a day or two ago and we ordered the mango rose lemonade refresher and were also given a sample of the butterfly lemonade. Both drinks were incredible. The customer service was the best I’ve experienced from a cafe. You feel welcomed the very moment that you walk in. They are very professional and the atmosphere was inviting, so calming and not to mention the cafe was beautiful. I came back to try their Belgian waffle breakfast and it was so delicious. The only thing that I would say if I’m going to say anything, is to add beef bacon to your list of bacons. With that said, my family and I are going to be coming back here very often as loyal patrons. I’m excited to try the rest of the menu. Last but not least, I also love the fact that it’s black owned!!!!!!! That absolutely won my heart. I pray for this business to have longevity and nothing...
