BK Gourmet Deli — Restaurant in New York

I would like to state that if i could leave no stars i would, this place has absolutely the rudest cashier working there; so called Kevin he goes by. I had made a statement out loud not rude nor complaining or refused to pay, because it is a business and understand everyone has ends to meet.Yet when I placed an order for a BLT since I didn’t see it posted on the board. Instead of commenting in a polite manner, factoring I could have been anyone coming to review or inspect the store. He states in the rudest manner “you should have asked the price and proceeded to make comments in Spanish to the person who made the sandwich. So I am here to help your business because individuals like him should not be allowed to work or deal with customers especially paying customers because I will never visit or purchase anything from there ever again. The food here is actually pretty good, but the service is seriously disappointing. One major issue is that the prices seem to change every day—there’s no consistency, and it feels like you're getting charged randomly.

I live close by. I've gone in there 3 times to order a roast beef hero. All 3 times there no customers in there. I stood at the deli counter. The guy at the register doesn't acknowledge me. The guy stocking the shelves see me and continues with his task. I stood there all 3 times for several minutes. All 3 times I walked out and the guy at the register didn't say anything.

There a 2 deli's right across the street. I went to the one at Nostrand and sterling and I have not returned to BK.
