The staff I met are nice but they need to be because the products suck. They are no where near what they should be in terms of a coffee shop.
The knowledge of coffee is not a big deal in todays world. I see reviews commenting on that as if it’s such a tough decision to make between iced and hot. Pick a coffee and relax. Move on.
Food is terrible. It’s super lame and just flat out gross. Butter is being used as if the eggs are the side dish. Doesn’t look appetizing at as well. Also pricey for no reason.
No Wi-Fi. This is also very bad thing about the place. You should have it but they are trying to create a certain type of “space”. The atmosphere gets a 2 because it gives you a promising look but let’s you down once you sit. The place gets very loud very quick so not sure if that’s part of the plan.
In conclusion this place is not worth the trip it’s a coffee shop that’s making it because of connivence and lack of the consumer making a decision based on quality. What I am saying is people just don’t want Dunkin which is a block away they want the illusion of something better.

Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Black Fox for quite some time and have always enjoyed their excellent coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches. One of my favorite aspects was that the breakfast sandwich came with a side salad included, which made the meal feel complete and justified the higher price point of $16
However, on my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that the side salad is no longer included and now has to be purchased separately. This change feels like a step back in terms of value and customer appreciation. It seems more like a move to increase profits rather than enhance the customer experience.
While I still appreciate the quality of their coffee and food, the removal of the side salad diminishes the overall value of the meal for me. I hope the management reconsiders this decision. Until then, I’m adjusting my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars.
##UPDATE 2025## Unfortunately the quality of the food has continued to degrade while the price has increased to $17 for a small sausage egg and...
Read moreWas looking for something quick and close to my hotel. I was directed here by the staff and figured I'd get a packaged sandwich and cup of coffee since it was a coffee shop. To my surprise the menu had a few items that caught my attention (steak and eggs). I was hesitant at first but watched the kitchen prepare a few items and felt comfortable ordering. I got the steak an eggs which came with eggs over medium (perfectly made) steak (sliced & well seasoned) both over a slice of sourdough bread .. had a side of breakfast potatoes which were the right balance of seasoning, a little crunch outside and soft inside. I also had a normal cup of black coffee (but is was smooth and bold). The staff was very kind and service was quick. Happy to write this as I work through my day. Ill be back tomorrow. How pleasant it was to thank me by name and open the door for me as I left...
