Everything is fake. Several elevators are always broken. People get stuck in them since management won't post a sign or turn off malfunctioning elevators. The marble is just painted styrofoam - I have seen a broken one. There is no handicap access to the office part, just to the Duane Reade. The doors are too heavy to open if you're disabled. Security is supposed to let you in if you knock, but they'll just laugh as you show your id through the door. Read moreI was waiting for a walking tour in the area and went inside the lobby looking for a washroom. A security guard came out of nowhere and said something to me which I didn't understand. When I asked him to repeat himself and said I didn't understand what he'd said, he got very upset, accused me of pretending to not understand (he had an accent and I really didn't catch what he'd said the first time) and kicked me out of the building.
