I LOVE THE FOOD but it TAKES MORE THAN just GREAT FOOD! @ BROADWAY SLICE Delicious food plus great Customer Service, is a must for a business to happily flourish in a community like "The (Washington) Heights".

We appreciate the PLATINUM quality service of "BIANCA" for her exemplary display of humanity, going above 'nbeyond that which exemplifies customer service. Extremely courteous! Very professional and polite. ⭐"Damaris" ✨ is also a plus, however management needs pay attention to the attitude of that other girl, "problem child" she is so rude and disrespectful, for no good reason, especially over the phone. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Leaving a bad taste in ones mouth. Not a good look or a pleasant feel for business. Keep her in the back of the house, don't allow her phone privileges until she learns business etiquacy. That would be great improvement in service Displaying to your customers Recognition, Acknowledgement & great Appreciation for their patronization. Your Good...

Easily a top 3 pizza spot in the Heights. It’s slowly becoming my go-to spot. Great cheese slice and I love their pepperoni! Pause

I’ve seen this place for months and avoided it - I’ve lived in the Heights all my life and it’s no secret it’s being gentrified right now. We see a lot of opportunist opening up and moving in and taking the soul out of our neighborhood, and rest assured this spot is not one of those spots.

They bring quality and convenience to the table. They accept card, have no minimum for card purchases, (thank god) and this $3 per regular slice may seem pricey, they have a happy hour that let’s you get any two 1 topping slices and a drink for $6 which is great. A nice filling lunch for $6 my guy.

And listen, the don’t use some generic whole sale ingredients....

Good pizza, horrible customer service. I have been ordering my office lunch here for a few months via grub hub. Today after waiting 1 hour and a busy hungry staff awaiting lunch, grub hub driver and girl working there requested I cancel my grub hub order myself rather than they do it. Her rational was they were overwhelmed with orders. After not cancelling it, the driver called and fessed up saying he would now have to travel back and forth to deliver the food. Food is great, I love their pizza, but they need to get their employees and delivery team in check. I can just imagine how much the owners of this place are losing on a daily basis because the workers there are too...

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza for takeout. The order was ready in 15 min just as promised over the phone, and it was fresh, hot, made to order. We thought taste and texture of the pizza was in the top 3 we’ve had in Washington Heights. I would have also posted a photo of the pizza, but unfortunately I dropped the box while exiting the elevator to our apartment and the pizza crumbled all over… 😔 so it wasn’t pretty when we ate it. But even then, we liked it a lot.

Strolling through the chilly weather, I found this spot that instantly made me feel cozy. The pizza was so tempting that I couldn't resist ordering a white pizza, which had the best ricotta cheese I've ever tasted. The crust was perfectly crispy and not greasy at all. It's definitely worth a visit, and I'll be sure to return if I'm in the neighborhood again.
