This has to be the most unprofessional and uncoordinated hospital I ever step onto. Especially regarding children emergency. They registered my child but couldn't find her in their system (they told me i was in the wrong hospital but my daughter was in a room waiting to be seen), they was quite busy by the restroom having a private conversations and personal chats (look at your "cameras"), it took them over an hour and a half to see my child after being in a serious car accident (my mom almost took two hours), I mean I seen so many issues here and how unorganized they handled the emergency department... My sister had to transport my mom to the xray room because they didn't have someone to transport her (not to mention we had to fight for her to get a wheelchair.) I mean it was truly horrible and I do not recommend anyone to go there, especially for a child or infant....

Don’t come to this hospital, I don’t know how this hospital is the #1 in NYC. They are very uncompasionate, they just want their money. I Am pregnant and my GYN sent me here so they can perform a cerclage because I was 1cm open. They just gave me two options, to abort or to deliver baby sooner or later. I went for a second opinion and they performed the cerclage in Mount Sinai Hospital and saved my baby and saved me from dying of sadness if I lost my baby girl. Now we are doing great and I am so happy I did not paid attention to those negligent doctors When they said their was no more options. Just dont waste your money and time here, they are better hospitals than...

If you have a emergency and need help avoid this place at all cost. They don’t care if you’re dying they will make you wait for hours. I had kidney stones and made the wrong decision to go there, they treated me like I wasn’t even there. Ignoring me while I was in pain and crying for help.
