I honestly loved this place until today !! I been living in the area literally my whole life and I always get my cakes from there for special birthday occasions .. I’ve never had any issues until today when were I ordered a toasted butter roll with cream cheese and jelly and they they gave me a roll with thoughts and prayers of cream cheese and jelly … I went back in to show them that there was literally nothing in the bread just a smeer of the thought of what it could’ve been … I asked them if they could make it the right way and they basically denied fixing my bread and if they would put anything on it they would charge me more … I was furious because I already paid for it where they charged me 4 dollars for an empty piece of bread … I know things are expensive right now but I work hard for my money to be treated with disrespect and like a fool . At the end they did not end up fixing my bread and tried to ignore me like I didn’t have a problem and also tried to deny to give me my money back. SUPER UPSET with the way the employees handled the situation and I will not be going back to this place .. I also wish I would’ve took a picture of the bread so everyone could’ve seen it and laughed at how outrages...
Read moreI love the quality of their cakes. I often visit to enjoy their specialty fruit cakes and tres de leche cakes. They are made with the finest, natural ingredients. Read moreBeware this place is garbage at designing cakes. The lack of effort put in this is astonishing, they only put one coat of green frosting above letting the orange color penetrate through. The number 32 looks like a child from kindergarten wrote it for their first time. To add the cherry on top there’s pieces of the cake missing on the top edge and little holes all over. Attention to detail is not in Bryan’s Bakery vocabulary. I had to take this impersonation of a cake because it was needed the same day if not it would have been thrown on their bakery floor for the level of disrespect that was given in handing this trash...
