I placed an order on Mother's Day 2024 for pick up on the bww app at this new location in flushing at 1pm. When I arrived at 2 pm, my order was still not ready. The manager on site was training a new employee, which was fine. If only there was not 7 people waiting on their order. When I got my order, which was the 20/20 bundle and cost me $60, I only got one small packet of blu cheese. When I asked the employee at the register if that was right. She stated that if that's on the receipt, that is what it is. I explained that the app that I placed the order did not allow me to choose a quantity otherwise.. I would have requested more blu cheese..she said no on else has had issue . I then asked if one packet of blu cheese was enough for 40 wings she was extremely dismissive, and when I asked for her, the manager. She claimed to be the manager and refused to give her name. We all work hard for our money and where we choose to give our business too. If a francise like this doesn't value its customers, it will not be successful. Thank you, buffalo wild wings...you staff would would rather lose a customer over packets of blue cheese worth possibly 3 dollars over a customer that would have continuously spent upwards of $50 plus each order. Read morei got the 5 pieces tenders for 10$ on the app. and i’m dissatisfied that it didn’t come with fries. it’s late at night and im still hungry even though i ate it all.. i wish i had fries with my order… and quite frankly my belly would had been more satisfied at popayes or burger king for $7 with the app deals. i think BWW could do better with reaching new customers like me. i wasn’t impressed.. sorry. $10 for a 5 pice tenders with no fries is overpriced while i can get 12 bone in wings at popayes for $7 with deals. Fyi i was the only customer in the store even thought i spent almost an hour there… it goes to show that high cost drives away customers. maybe BWW should think about a better strategy to attract customers that can afford food to live in this crazy...
Read morei ordered for delivery and got one of their brownies. it looked very concerning when i opened the wrapper so i looked at the date- expired in January. January 16th, 2025. I called to ask why they would sell me something so old and the girl on the phone said that the date is the manufacture date, not expiration date. if it was packaged in January and they are receiving it NOW… THATS STILL EXPIRED. a brownie shouldn’t look ashy and discolored.
ordered boneless honey BBQ wings as well and they were the most dry and old tasting wings i’ve had in a minute. barely any sauce and it was as if they refried them from this afternoon. DON’T ORDER FROM BWW...
