Located right on Kings Hwy, brilliant Brooklyn thoroughfare, this Cafe Lounge is loved by many locals and by me… I’ve been coming here for the last year - you can check photos and see that it’s true. I’ve been here during hot summer, during rainy fall, during cold winter and warm spring. It’s good all year round.
What I tried and liked: ☕️Latte and cappuccino – rich and well-balanced, served with cinnamon all the time. Sorry, no decaf option. 🥮Pistachio eclair - gets me every time - tender, chocolatey, smooth on your palette. 🥐I also tried pistachio croissant (very good, hard to get), berry tarts, cheesecakes - all are great options. Atmosphere & Space: Quite spacious. Some nice photos on the walls. Windows let in a lot of sunlight. Toilet is clean, although a little dim - extra bright bulb would help. Nice background dance / easy listening music. Great spot to hangout because it’s not too busy. At least during daytime. 🪑Oh, there is also outdoor seating. It could be noisy outdoor because again - it’s Kings hwy, but I did it couple of times. Service: Fast and courteous barista. The barista is very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing: Reasonable for NYC – most coffee drinks $3–$7. Would I return? Absolutely. Great spot for a quiet solo moment for myself...
Read moreCafe LOUNGE is an absolute must-visit! They have outdoor tables that are so relaxing. But the inside wraps you up in a cozy, welcoming vibe. The music’s always spot-on, and service is pretty good.
Their coffee, whether espresso or American is top-notch. I always get cappuccino. Just right. Desserts are fresh and tasty. In the food area, the real star is their roast beef sandwich (check out my pic!). It’s juicy and flavorful.
If you're a fellow beer lover, you’re in for a treat. In addition to regular beers, they’ve also got great Belgian brews—Delirium, Duvel, and La Chouffe—you know what I'm talking about!
Honestly, highly...
Read moreNever had such terrible experience in my life. I ordered a creep with fruits and a cup of tea. 30 minutes later asked the status of my order. Waitress ensured me that they need additional 5 minutes. Later after another 20 min she came to tell me that they can’t make my order… 50 minutes to let me know that? Omg! Waitress offered me a turkey pastrami, which was absolutely disgusting. She removed tea from the bill, but anyway the experience has already been spoiled. Owner, please train your staff. It all could be avoided if she let me know earlier...
