It is obvious to me that this is another money hungry office that does not prioritize patient care or wellness.

I arrived an hour early to my appointment in hopes this would curb the usual wait time and somehow still had to wait TWO HOURS and FIFTEEN MINUTES for a 5 minute conversation. They didn’t even try to be prepared for my visit by obtaining my X-ray results until I was there. Not only did I waste my time and experience incredible stress during this long wait time—I had to pay $50 copay to be told everything is fine! This could have literally been a phone call that would have saved me time and money, but they clearly wanted an excuse to bill my insurance.
