Went to buy my grandson his 1st birthday cake. First time I went was on a Wednesday to inquire about decorations on the cake. I wanted add a picture of my grandson on the cake. I also asked for the price in which I was told it would be 75. Then when I went in on Saturday of the same week to place the order I was told it would be 140 priced by another worker. After I stated I was quoted 75 the worked gave it to me for 75. I dont seem to understand how they change prices within a few days. Then when I finally went to get the cake I was given the picture of my grandson so I can place it on the cake 30 minutes before I would cut the cake.. im sorry I've never heard of such a thing in which the customer has to do this. Horrible ... horrible experience.. thanks for nothing the picture broke into peaces and had to put it on the cake like this had no choice since the cake would look plain if it didn't. Please try to find a better system. I was never told I would be placing the picture myself...
Read moreI went here for the first time and I wanted to try all the flavors. I decided to pick out 4 slices of tres leches and towards checkout, the person totaling my order gave us an extra slice of cake on the house! I was super excited and left very happy. But by the time I got home to put things into my fridge, I found the “date” on the free item. It was 20 days expired! TWENTY days, I understand one day or even three days, but twenty days is almost 3 weeks and that’s just disgusting and embarrassing. Tres Leches is a very moist cake and bacteria grows very very fast. In times of Covid-19, people are already very cautious about buying food outside and to be given food that is overly spoiled is completely unacceptable, free or not. I give you guys 2 stars because the other 4 slices of cake I had were good but unfortunately you lost a customer due to lack of responsibility and...
Read moreTheir cakes and gelatinas are amazing!!! Especially the gelatina that is pink with red cubes in it. It's so good I could eat it all by myself! ($30)
They take special orders but you have to tell them your order at least 3-4 days in advance. Or buy a cake on the spot and ask them to write Happy Birthday on it.
They also sell cheesecakes and some baked goods such as little chocolate filled like croissants. My only problem: They say they make their Rosca but they don't. They buy it and sell it with their logo on a sticker and slap it onto the box. There is a bakery going down to the church(to the left if you're facing Capy) and they have Rodcas on display there and the bakery...
