My overall experience was great. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was just the communication barrier. However, once we explained that we were going to be in the area for a limited time, and the fact that we told them we came all the way from Staten Island, they got on it like scotch bonnet. They had the work done in a little over 3 hours (if that). There was a short in the electrical line of my ETrike. Instead of having to replace the entire line, he found the shorts, and made the necessary repairs ($50 as opposed to probably more if I needed a replacement line). The bike is as good as "new". So, yeah...Kudos...
