I went twice because it was recommended and I was in the area. I got tips and gel mani the first time but the end of the first week the top coat was gone and looked dull. I got rid of them by the second week. So I went to take off the tips cause I'm not used to them and got a regular gel mani. They just pull off your tip they didnt even bother soaking them to take them off... It was so painful my nails got so sensitive. When I was getting the gel mani it was hurting me when they were cleaning it. And by the second day again the top coat is gone and it's just the 4th day and it's already chipping

I have ended up with a broken nail about a week after getting my nails done here twice in a month. Tonight was the second time and at the end I could feel how weak the previously broken nail was. The nail was lifting and didn’t look aligned with the other nails. All of this because they are no longer layering up the nails enough. Another person added an extra layer to the weak nail and left glue and gunk on my nail (as pictured). After 2 hours of this back and forth between the 2 techs I decided to just go home and not return to this nail place. Very disappointed in the service

Left my fingers full of acrylic and when I asked nicely twice & they/he told me that it will eventually come off with hot water. Then asked for the third time to clean the aclylic & the cuticle of one finger and I was told should have gotten a manicure and use gel color, still l think that has nothing to do with leaving acrylic on my fingers. My face didn’t look happy & I was added oil as my nails were drying up, which did not the peal aclylic away nor the dust residue produced from nail filing.

I recently went to the nail salon and did not like my experience. I went over there to get a new set of acrylic nails, waited three hours to be seen, even after calling ahead. Then, when I noticed my thumb nail was placed on crooked, the man told me it was fine and that he would fix it later. (But he didn’t) my thumb is still crooked. Then I noticed that he did not remove the dead skin from around my cuticles and I asked him to remove it . He said that would be considered a manicure and that there would be an extra charge of $10 and was very rude about it. but everywhere else Ive gone before never considered that to be an extra charge. Removing dead skin from your cuticles is included with the acrylic nails its one of the steps that need to be taken in the application process . Also my ring finger nail is way longer than all the other nails. I don’t know if this was intentional or if it was done by accident, but I am not pleased. I also asked for encapsulated hearts inside of my nails, but he decided to put them on top of the acrylic nails, and then just throw a topcoat over it so now it looks all lumpy. Then to top it all off I just got my nails done five days ago and I already look like I need a filling because they never removed...

I went to this place today. Though the lady who did my manicure and pedicure was good at it, I really disliked the whole atmosphere of indifference, lack of customer care and how disorganized the place is. After we finished with pedicure and started doing manicure I was asked to pay in advance, which usually doesn't happen in other places. You either pay before the service or right after, but not in the middle. The lady and her manager were deciding the price on the fly as if they don't have a regular price range set up in the salon. When I went to pay, the manager and another guy who works there were rude to me. I won't go to this place again even if it's the last nails...
