Carvel — Restaurant in New York

This carvel has the freshest and best customer service ever. I noticed there was a review about a women and her picture was on it. Just to be clear I have been served by that same lady numerous times and she is always very friendly and nice. I don’t think it is very nice to put someone’s picture on a review without her permission. Especially when you don’t have anything nice to say about her. She is a hard working women who is always there doing her job. If she had a delivery and was a bit busy then so be it. Just went in before for my pregnant at home wife’s cravings and the old lady behind the counter took 5-7 minutes to come out from the back as she was in the middle of a delivery. I quickly said I know you got a delivery but can I get a medium soft serve and large twist Sundae. Before I could tell her toppings she closed the lids and I said I would like toppings. She angrily said you should of told me before I filled the cups!!!! I responded hey it’s not fault you got a delivery and if you want I can leave. She then proceeded to get the toppings and when paying reiterated I should tell her I want toppings before hand. Horrible staff members!!! Very unprofessional! Ordered on Wednesday two kids sundae and charged me for both. Went to ask for an explanation and very rudely told me that everyone knows that in this location is only the small or medium and that it’s just common sense. I showed the carvel website description and one of the staff members rudely takes my phone away without asking!!!! Just to tell me that the owner tells them to do it that way!!
