Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in New York

This is a new location so it is nice and clean. The employees are not fully trained so ordering was difficult. I'm a regular Chick-fil-A consumer so I was surprised when I couldn't get a refill on my lemonade. This was told to me by the manager. My market salad had a dusting of blue cheese you could barely see it and I could not taste it. I returned my fries because they were cold and the expeditor gave me some that were luke warm. I don't recommend going to this location until they get better with customer service. I'm used to exceptional service from Chick-fil-A. I called in my pick up order at work…walked 3 blocks to my vehicle and then drove approximately 10 blocks looked at the app and it said they had just started working on my order. I waited another 15min received my order left and didn’t have my nuggets. Called customer service for the to tell me they would give me a “free” item my next order so refunding me. We ordered the Chick-n-Strips Entrée and the Chick-fil-A Sandwich. Unfortunately, the fried chicken didn’t live up to what I remembered. The color was quite dark — not sure if it was due to the oil or the seasoning — and that really affected the appetite. The chicken was also too soft and lacked the crispy texture we were expecting.
