Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

The garden is beautiful but unfortunately some employee in this park is very rude to the people! I had been member since 2015 but we normally don't come accept cherry blooms season. I and my husband came here few days ago try to see the beautiful japanese flowers there, they are so beautiful I cant wait to take more photos as I could when I get there. I wear a long dress came to the park and took some pics at this dress and later I felt hot as the dress is little heavy, so I changed a cool thinner dress. Before I haven't finished on the bottom, one black staff came over almost shouting to me : hi, you can not took pics anymore anywhere in this park! We only allowed one cloth on you for the photo shoot that you weared when you came, if you took different clothes photo that is break our rule or you can pay $150 if you want do it! I said I have never heard of that rule also I just want make cool of my body have not take any photo for the second dress so far why he acted so exciting to me!!!??? I asked his name he said something and then I want to see the name on his uniform he covered with his hand said you don't need know me, I told you you can't shoot any photo from now, if you don't believe go online to check it. He called other employees came over surround us and told us many times can not do this even criticized us why changing clothes in the park, seems like we are criminals, my husband has lung problem he so upset to talk to them caused him constantly caughing.....I felt sad and feel its just so rediculars!!!!! Later one black worker even staied around us for long time to checking us if take more photos with this changed clothes! It so funny !!! We are members ,we paid for the years fees, we're visitors, we came for watching flowers, we did nothing wrong just changed a clothes !!! That's only we did and we didn't took any additional photos with this second dress! My God! How can these people got so crazy???!!! How can let these employees acts rude without basic knowledge of communication to the people ???!!!! We are so disappointed really!!!! This park is good park and beautiful , it need nice friendly people not wild people to work at there ! Some workers It is just not matches that works at this nice place!!! I saw them did shouted to other woman too, don't know what's reason. I wish the park president or manager who response for your business need improve the customer service and employees level, and it will be very important for you...

I usually don’t do reviews but I feel compelled to today. I come to this TacoBell often to get some work done (at least three times a week). Earlier today I ordered my usual order and was served within 10 seconds (not exaggerating at all). At first I was really mad thinking I got served something old, so I went to the counter to initially complain but upon checking the food it was steaming hot. As I am about to go to my seat (favorite spot is at the corner window facing the parking lot if you want to say hi!) I see the cook bring out someones food before they even finish paying and get their reciept!!? So I go and check to see if theres just a big pile of food waiting to be bagged or if they are actually being made. Lord and behold the next order is two of those party packs and I see these two young men from scratch make over 20 tacos wrap them up and put then in a bag within a minute. Now I am saying the workers here arent slow at all by no means, but never have I seen anything like this until today (Ive been coming to this spot for about five yrs regularly let me tell you). These two exchanged less than three words and then proceeded to be fully syncronized with eachother. I asked the second boy (all the males working here are extremely tall) what his name was and I dont quite remember but when I went back to my seat i rememebr quite clearly not a single customer waiting after paying for their order. I already knew the managers at this location were amazing but this is the first time I have seen anything like this in terms of service from any fast food place in general!! I like this Taco Bell. The food is good and inexpensive.Sometimes I like to switch up my eating by having burritos for breakfast. I don’t know if that sound weird but that’s what my tastebuds call for once in a blue moon. For breakfast I had a Frito burrito and a Beefy Mini Quesadilla. It was goooood! The customer service in drive -thru was good. I like to eat alone instead of sitting in the dinning area because I’m always on the run so I’d pull over in the lot. The lot is clean and peaceful. The few times I ate in the dinning area was okay.The majority of people that dine there varies. The cashiers do their best to be courteous to the customers. There is this one cashier (female) who is Spanish and wears heavy eye shadow her attitude is okay I’d say. While people are eating she sweeps he floor and wipe the tables. I know,I low she’s just doing her job right! I don’t get that notion from her.On my couple of visits to this Taco Bell I’ve noticed that she’d come out from register and wipe tables unnecessarily giving the customers the impression that she wants them to hurry up and eat. However other cashiers are polite and allows the customers to sit and enjoy their meal.
