Me and my friend ordered the triple dipper with nashville hot chicken crispers however when we received our food they gave us the nashville hot mozerella sticks instead. Then the waitress said she would tell the kitchen and bring out our chicken crispers however she lied because we never received the chicken. And on top of all this the boneless wings were somewhat raw i saw pink in my chicken. In addition to this fiasco my other friend ordered a cokey temple (shirley temple with coke instead of sprite) however there was no grenadine in the drink it was literally just coke. Oh but it doesn’t end there. My friend asked for one box and they gave us 3 boxes for some reason so they clearly can’t follow directions and they also didn’t give us caps for the sauces we had to practically beg for it. Then our waiter promised he wouldn’t charge us for dessert as a result of this situation yet when we received our bill what do you know there was a charge for the molten lava cake. Oh and did i forget to mention that they mistakenly charged my friend for her cokey temple when it comes with the 3 for me deal. Last but certainly not least they never cleared our table so when were eating dessert we had to eat with dirty plates and napkins. Overall i didn’t appreciate this experience and this was the worst Chili’s visit i have had. It was just one thing after another smh. Though our server was very nice and apologetic but it was almost humorous how so many things kept...
Read moreChili’s always delivers an amazing experience, and this visit was no exception! We kicked things off with the Triple Dipper and the Dip Trio, and let me tell you, it was the perfect start to our meal. The Triple Dipper was like a dream—getting to mix and match our favorite appetizers was a treat, and every single bite was bursting with flavor. The Dip Trio was just as fantastic, with creamy, zesty dips that paired perfectly with the fresh, crispy chips. It was the ideal way to start our evening.
When it came to the main course, I couldn’t resist the Cajun Chicken Pasta. It was everything I hoped for—rich, creamy, with just the right amount of spice to keep things interesting. My partner went for the Texas Dry Rub Ribs, and they were simply divine—fall-off-the-bone tender with a smoky flavor that lingered in the best way possible.
The atmosphere at Chili’s is always welcoming, but this time it felt extra special. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were always full and that we were enjoying every moment. We also treated ourselves to a couple of their signature margaritas, and they were the perfect blend of tart and sweet, refreshing and satisfying.
Overall, it was a perfect night out. Chili’s has a special way of making you feel right at home while treating you to top-notch food and service. It’s definitely our go-to spot, and after this visit, I’m already looking forward to our...
Read moreGimme a break. They messed up everything. I came here yesterday with my family for dinner. We waited almost 5 minutes at the door for a server to show up to bring us to a table. Then we ordered a shared appetizer and a meal for everyone. Waited almost 20 minutes for the appetizer to show up. Then 3 out of 4 dinner meals came so I asked the server about the 4th one which was supposed to be a burger. He said sorry, he forgot, and will tell the kitchen about "that one". My mom was without food while we waited with our meals getting cold for another 20 minutes for her burger to show up. I ordered a chicken fajita which was half the portion I received at another Chili's out on Long Island. Another family member ordered the shrimp and steak fajita which was way to spicy. Turns out they also forgot my extra side of asparagus and another family member's side of cole slaw. The burger finally came out, 40 minutes after the initial order. Meat was dry, the bun wasn't fresh, the fries cold. Clearly someone in the kitchen put the fries on the plate but forgot about the burger. They gave us the burger free of charge, manager came over to apologize, offered us a free piece of chocolate cake. Thanks but you all messed up real bad. We all agreed that we're never...
