China Cafe — Restaurant in New York

This isn't a good place to eat. Just because I called them back to tell them there meat wasn't cooked properly. The meat was still raw. I couldn't chew it right and it was pink not red like it was suppose to be and I told them cook it well done. Also I order a 2 liter soda they forgot to send it with my food. I asked ether make me a new order or please return my money. They got very upset told me to come to the restaurant my self to show them and they would give me my money back very rude because it's a delivery and I also tip the guy. I got my money back so now because of that they don't answer my calls it's like they put my number down as don't pick up. I know because I called a few days later after the matter for some food and the lady on the line told me no delivery for you you come to store and order. I was like "what????" I'm asking for a delivery she said no and hung up I couldn't believe it smh something needs to be done about this it just isn't right.
