Nearly $10 for an iced mocha with oat milk. Never ever in my life have I paid so much for a coffee, even in the city - so the price alone is absurd, especially for a drink that isn’t made and mixed properly. The chocolate they use was stuck to the lid and bottom, and the drink tasted like watered down nesquik chocolate milk. If this was quality coffee, I would consider the price (maybe), but in this case you would be better off saving half your money and going to Dunkin instead..

Smart, funny baristas make this a fun neighborhood spot to hang out. Great coffee is a given. The pastries and snacks are also tops. Get the cold brew instead of iced coffee if you want to get extra wired. Order off menu, the "Gringo Bagel" - toasted with cream cheese, capers, red onions, and a drizzle of olive oil.

small batch goodness! love a lowkey joint n crafters that can talk to you about their practices > "we're indebted to the world by breakfast" most esp if ya drink coffee! 10 oz of water and a shot that won't burn my tongue, my stomach, or my conscience, yes please 4 bc they wouldn't let me steal their plants 🤷🏾‍♀️🧡

I came here with my date after we spent two hours walking around in the freezing cold looking for somewhere to have lunch. We figured we would stop here to check the GPS and have some hot chocolate to warm our spirit and bodies up. The hot chocolate was delicious but they didn't have whipped cream! But the barista was nice enough to give me loads of marshmallows instead to make up for it. The hot chocolate wasn't very sweet but it was tasty. We also got a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie. The brownie was a bit dry but the crispy chocolate chip cookie was delicious. I would have licked the plate clean if I wasn't on a date. The shop itself is very small with limited seating [they do have a bathroom though!]; but the seats are sort of cool. They are built into the wall but they don't offer back support. On a side note, be sure to bring cash as they don't accept cards and the menu is on a chalkboard to the left of you when...

This place is overly expensive and the owner is greedy. I understand it's coffee from Cuba or wherever, but they charge for the smallest things like ice --I kid you not I once ordered an iced latte and my total was about $10 and the owner said, "Oh wait, I forgot to charge you for the ice" and my total was now $12. Don't you just love being charged for solid water? ...another incident, I ordered a small coffee, and my total was $2.75, and later when I checked my bank account, I was charged $3.75. They took tip from me without my permission! And a whole $1 too! I don't go here often and the only rare time I will go here is when I'm running late and don't have time to stop anywhere else, because this place is very close to where I live. Just another inconvenience of gentrification. Avoid this place and support other local coffee shops around here, may I...

The old location used to be my favorite coffee spot, and it was worth the price because it was genuinely delicious and made well!

The cold brew I got recently tasted way off and I had to toss it. When I sat at a table to drink my coffee and do some work on a random afternoon, they suddenly started blasting music and wiping the floor around me, and it felt like they were trying to get me to leave.

Not sure what's going on or why they would expand into a bigger venue if they don't want people to spend time in there, but I genuinely wish they would figure it out! I miss the old coffee mob. For the price of the coffee I dont think it's too much to ask for it to taste good, or for the atmosphere to be...
