I am a 74 year old ,life long NewYorker who travels once a month to Newkirk plaza . There , i slowly climb Subway stairs until once again , I am face to face with Good food !! I save and portion , my doctor squeals in dismay , but life is too short to miss these thrills. Two full sized heros to bring back home to savor, sliver by slice everyday for the next week !!!. Latest visit was Philly cheese steak w/everything and the Shrimp Parm hero . Back home i slice a thumb size width of each sub . The cheese in this sub is Provolone, not that awful Velveeta they use in Philly. It is top quality as is the tender, juicy steak piled three inches deep across the perfect roll. This shop is busy, so the pizza is always fresh. And this place is clean, super clean. Two brothers run the shop, they are always there, another worker who is always there and then assorted neighborhood locals, who visit to chat with them. I love this pizza shop. I bought a pie last night, for a "no...
