I ordered my baby shower cake from here last month, they did not make the cake the way I asked. I gave a specific picture of their own work and was told there would be no issues getting the cake the way I wanted, which was a very simple design. When we went to pick up the cake it was not what I asked for, they offered no solution at first. After contacting their boss we were told they can add an extra layer at no cost, however the attitude we received from there 3 ladies was extremely rude and hostile. I paid nearly $200 for a cake that was made incorrectly and the response by these ladies was that it could not be done. If that was the case I should have been contacted before the cake was made, I placed this order 2 weeks in advance. When we went to pick up the cake later that day with the additional layer, we were told that they would no longer do business with us. They were wrong, disrespectful and rude and had audacity to say that to us. We truly did not plan on doing business with them again because of the service we received, however the owner and workers did not take any accountability for their service and actions. We unfortunately chose the wrong bakery to make our baby shower cake, everything about it was disappointing and we would not recommend them due to their service. The ladies in the front should learn to have more patience and understanding instead of argumentative. We didn't get names but this was on the morning of Dec 7th. Overall, I like this bakery. The food is delicious, the employees at the bakery are nice and courteous. My only gripe is their procedure on ordering a cake. My son did his 1st communion 2 yrs ago. Back then, I went to the bakery and they said they only took orders on their instagram page. I obliged and there were no issues. Cake was beautiful and delicious. Now my other son is doing his 1st communion so I wanted to book with them again. I left a message on their instagram page. I called the bakery the next day and they said they no longer check the instagram dms- I have to email them. I emailed them on Thursday afternoon requesting a cake to be prepared for the following Saturday. 9 days in advance. I called the bakery again the next day (Friday)to make sure they received my email. The nice employee says the baker hasn’t come in yet. Told me to call back later and/or tomorrow. I call back the next day (Saturday) and the person who picked up says she’s not sure if the baker received the email but took down my name and phone number. She instructed me to call back that day if I don’t get a call. This whole time, the employees did not mention anything about it being too late to order a cake 1 week in advance. At this point, I’m not chasing anyone down. You either want my business or not, and apparently they don’t want it. No one ever contacted me via phone or email to let me know if it could or could not be done. I ended up walking in to another bakery and ordered my cake on the spot...

Coffee latte are inconsistent and taste and size. yesterday I purchased a Nutella latte which was good. I went again this morning, and taste also portion was inconsistent. I told Melody, which was a server behind the counter at the time and she immediately caught an attitude replying that because it’s a cappuccino, they vary in size. She was rude, and in the middle of me, explaining to her what was wrong. She walked away and said I’ll be back and stired the coffee to no avail. I told her I did that already and that’s not gonna do and in the middle of me speaking to her again she walked away she said I remake it. then, she comes back to tell me that I was rude trying to embarrass me in front of the customers meanwhile I’m a regular there. I told her she was the rude and unprofessional one there and when I asked for a manager, she lied and said he wasn’t there. I waited a few minutes and guess who popped up from the back. The manager! I spoke to him, but it went in through one ear and out the other because obviously there’s nepotism going on in there. I got tired of the BS and asked for my money back.
