Quality Food Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

As someone who works part time in the food industry I do not take it lightly to review an eatery. However.... I ordered a "ham fried rice" and I ordered a half fried chicken... when I get home...there's a huge hair in the chicken (literally wrapped in the breading....) and the rice is just yellow rice that tastes like nothing but grease. So...I DRIVE back to the restaurant (I had thrown the hair out immediately so I didn't take that back, literally just threw it all out!) and the person at the counter tells me I ordered "pan fried rice"- that is not on their menu....and charged me an extra $2 for the "ham" (that I had to DRIVE to get corrected) They continued to just throw the SAME RICE with MORE GREASE and ham and onion in a wok, stir it around.... and then threw it back in the same greasy container. I'm all for fast food, however, this is the first and last time I order anything from this establishment. Again, I usually only write good reviews but after a $37.00 order where everything was absolutely horrible (including the grease soaked egg roll and the soup...).... This place is horrible. There is nothing personable about this place. YOU ARE A NUMBER. Their vast menu is printed on an 8 1/2 X11 menu off a laser jet printer. They have two teenagers taking orders, when they are not busy playing on their Cell Phones. Don't order any spring or egg rolls. They are deep frozen. This Chinese restaurant service has not improved. If you ask for anything to be left out from any meal (due to allergies) the employees act like they don't understand English and once you pay .
