Crown Fried Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Years ago I would've gave 5 stars easy. The place is always clean. The food is very good not always great like before. The manager and his son's are the best. Customer service 100%. Now for the other employees. There's one man who doesn't look always together. And the other man, I went in one day and ordered 2 slices of pizza, sat at the 1st table by the counter. Was sitting for a while. People coming and going with their pizza. So I got up and asked for my slices. Wow the employee asked me you ordered pizza? No you didn't order. I replied yes I did I even paid you with 2 singles. You see me sitting there. Why you think I'm just sitting there. Then he goes oh yea I forgot. Wow. if i could give less than a star i would. i waited an 1.5 hour for my completely cold food to arrive only to be met with a extremely rude delivery person and when i called the restaurant the manager did not offer an apology for the rudeness of his delivery person or for my food taking an 1.5 hour to arrive and it was cold all he said was "well we sent it out on time " i realize it just a fast food place and i don't have high expectations but i at least expect hot food in a reasonable amount of time delivered by a person that is not rude. never ordering from here again also they don't deliver to your door you have to come outside to their car according to the manager of the restaurant ...kinda defeats the purpose of getting your...

Waited 2 1/2 hours for 2 pizzas to be delivered less than half a mile from the restaurant during which we were lied to on the first call, hung up on in the second, then walked there and asked for the pizza and we're told the delivery guy just left and would go to our place first, after which we waited another half hour and gave up and went and got other food and came back to it being delivered. When we told him we weren't about to pay for 150 minute old pizza when we already got food he got mad and stormed off with the pizza saying he'd throw it away before he'd give it to us for free.

Overall horrible restaurant, nonsensical, rude and unfriendly employees--no idea how...
