My experience in this juice bar/fatty food/the owner doesn't know what hes selling experience was absolutely disgusting I entered the store and looked at the menu and asked for a fruit salad, the woman told me that I can have any fruit that I would like in my salad .I asked her for strawberries pineapples and Kiwis only she told me that the strawberries were frozen she asks if that's OK I said no it's not. Immediately this man to the right of me a tall full figured Hispanic man who never identify himself replied nasty to me that" this is a juice bar and we keep our fruit frozen for the juices only" I looked up at the menu in disbelief because I see fried foods as well so if its the juice by sir why do you have fruit salad on your menu ?I said I don't want frozen fruit in my fruit salad. I said is there something that you can help me with are you the owner? he replied" yes" I said well are you going to change the fact that I want fresh fruit in my salad he said "no! I will not "! Been a very loyal customer all of 2025 so far and I come on a daily basis , it’s understandable when the business closes doors to count the shift and says 10 mins to reopen in the middle of the day in 80° scorching hot weather ,but it’s not understandable having a line up of people coming 5 -10 mins later telling them all 10 mins and I myself end up waiting 20mins when I’m just trying to grab a quick smoothie between work. That’s bad customer service you don’t make people wait uncomfortably and you don’t lie about how long either in sunny ass weather just to retain customers there on the spot, will not be coming back and I hope the manager sees this . I was a loyal customer until I saw something that shocked me.
