This is a live review, will update after end of visit/experience.
Took 20 mins to be seen/noticed. And thankfully, it was by a manager.
Horrible start, and it's not even busy.
UPDATE overall total score 3.
[I'm sure you have cameras, look for father/daughter duo, being seated by 1:50/53 ish, infront of the bar, first set of high tables when being walked from entrance.]
We weren't seen or noticed by any worker, other than a busgirl, a little after 2. That got on my nerves as the establishment was not busy. In fact, there were a lot more workers to client ratio, in the seating area we were in, there was A LOT of personnel behind the bar... so it raised my attention, not one noticed and said/whispered "ok team, we have a guest waiting to order??"
So I made it a point to get the attention of the supervisor/manager (he wore a nice tucked shirt, checkered) and he asked if everything was ok. By this time, it was 210ish, I replied no, we haven't been seen for about 20 mins (again, NOT BUSY). He replied I'll take care of you right away, so he sent another well-dressed person, I guess another manager, to serve us. He took our order and it swiftly arrives... while the food wasn't bad, it's in line with chains like TGIF/Apple Bees/Unos,.. at least their servers return to check on refills or napkins, etc... basics.
That didn't happen, and oddly at that, considering we already waited the initial 20 mins to be seen at all.
The busgirl, again, saw our cups halfway empty and got us a refill, and even later, stopped by to apologize for the wait. While I am giving a poor overall score, she was the 1 absolute bright spot, and she gets a 5. I do not have her name, but I wish the waiters and others that CLEARLY saw us, have her attention skills to notice a customer sitting in wait 😑.
And again, it wasn't busy.
I will not reach out to the site, I don't need anything back, nor am I looking for anything.
Just expressing my frustration, as again, IT...
Read moreThey’ll ask for ID at the door without checking an expiration date to get you in their establishment to spend money. The expiration date will be checked at the bar to purchase a drink, also be expected to be watched, followed and stalked by staff once they make note of this. My family and I was so uncomfortable after I was turned down at the bar for an expired identification, be mindful that they had to check my identification prior to entering and had no issues to enter, but once I wanted a drink with the same identification that I entered with then management was called before I could request (if I was going to). He explained poorly that I would need proof that I had a new up to date identification on the way. At that point I didn’t have what they asked of me and didn’t want to ruin the night for my little cousins whom I was hosting for so I asked for my id back and left well enough alone. However, after this incident at the bar we ALL noticed security and staff hanging around lingering more than before. I even witnessed two staff members “pretend” to gather the basket balls from a game, but for what ever reason one of those staff members blocked the ball of a game that my cousin was playing. If we paid to play a game and shoot a ball into a hoop the why would staff members think it’s ok to do what entertains them when I’m paying to play a game that doesn’t include blocking the ball from an 11 year old while you and your co worker crawl on the very top of the game he’s playing to do “whatever” they were doing? Also my 3 year old nephew was told to move away from a game by a staff member that didn’t notice us watching him. My sister confronted him and he lied because he had no idea who the child belonged to… shame…. We max the game cards out and left even at the gift shop they”ll ask if you paid for what you bought and you CANNOT use cash. You HAVE to buy...
Read moreVR, Fake axe throwing, tons of prizes to redeem and win and plenty of games to play!! I think the description kind of speaks for itself. The setting where it’s located albeit a very crowded and noisy environment actually ends up being the best place for business. 2 escalators takes you upstairs where you meet just a buttload of craziness in the form of game sounds, flashing and disco lights, kids running around and just the sound of different games playing all at once. For an old or just plain cranky person this would be hell but for me I absolutely love it! I played all games some more then once in order to get better scores and honestly it’s much more different then using a controller on a console or gaming pc at home. There is much more coordination needed and requires a great amount of skill in order to obtain the highest of scores. All games are accessed through a card which you need to purchase for the prices listed. I would suggest putting $20-$40 in order to actually play all the games and win enough tickets on the card to redeem any prizes in the booth behind. They have tons of selections to choose from and all from ranging from a few measly tickets to thousands! I really did enjoy this place and I believe it actually updates by the month with new games, better prizes and even more selections. The restaurant and bar is ok I guess wasn’t really what I was focusing on to be honest. Food is a bit pricey and non reasonably portioned so I wouldn’t recommend bringing the family there to eat because it is quite messy and annoying when you have teens and teenagers bugging or pranking you...
