Wow! What a spectacular venue. When you walk in you think “This is nice” and then you get on the elevator to the real theater area and it blows your mind. The perfect mix of vintage and modern styles make for a memorable theatre-going experience. Every seat has a wonderful view of the stage, and the acoustics are perfect.
The security is great, professional, and diligent. The ushers are incredibly helpful and pleasant. Buying show merchandise is quick and easy.
There is a waiting area that is huge. The room has many tables and chairs to relax on while you wait for showtime. There is an outdoor area on this floor to provide a small glimpse of the streets of Manhattan below. There is a list of donors on the wall with some truly incredible names on it. Definitely worth checking out while you wait for the curtain to rise.
If you’re interested in meeting the cast, the after-show is handled very well by the staff. They direct visitors to the proper area and keep it organized and unassuming. And when the cast comes out, it’s a well-oiled machine of autographs and photos that shows what a little organization and patience can do to make this one of the most pleasant experiences on Broadway.
All of this adds up to a terrific experience from beginning to end. Catching a show at the Todd Haines Theatre will leave you positively impressed with the venue, the staff,...

The venue sits next to BB Kings on 42nd in the heart of Times Square so the streets leading up to the venue are always hectic. But the moment you step inside, it's a calm and soothing environment with restored neo-renaissance architecture dating from 1918, when the theatre was originally built.
There are six floors to the venue with two tiered seating; the orchestra and one mezzanine. It's such an intimate space that the mezzanine seats were still incredibly close and provided great views. Though, to allow for these clear views, the mezzanine is steeply stepped, so if you need more accessible or easily accessed seating, take that into consideration.
The staff at every point of contact were some of the friendliest and most courteous I've encountered in the theater world. And if you're a patron member of the Roundabout Theatre, you are given access to their private lounge on the sixth floor where you are provided light snacks and beverages.
Just a wonderful space and Roundabout produces some terrific work here. Highly...
Read moreI was there a week ago to see long days journey. Great play. I love it!. I come here for almost every play and I have to say, there are a few rude people that work there. I have spoken to the old manager and assistant manager about them and they seemed not to do anything about it. I have gotten their names. Enrika, celia, and siara. I have watched how they interact with patrons and they honestly should not be working there. So not polite at all. I had asked enrika where my seat was and she just walked away. She went on her phone. Another time i had went to see noises off and she talked to me rude. Not nice at all. Another one of my colleagues also goes to this theatre a lot since we do under cover ratings. Something needs to be done. People pay their money and shouldn't be talked to a certain way.hopefully the manager is reading this and...
