David's Bakery — Restaurant in New York

I have visited David's bakery many times over the years. The food here is consistently excellent! the prices are great; the staff is very friendly and you get the sense of walking into an old time establishment where you felt like an individual, a friend and not as a number. This place is a hidden gem and I always feel as if I am well served when I leave this excellent establishment. The beef patties are good. The only pet peeve I had is that one day I was waiting for the patties & I observed a man at the back wearing gloves while handling flour, then he took his phone out & proceeded to use it while wearing the same floured gloves.
