Di Di — Restaurant in New York

Just discovered this gem a few months ago and I am so glad I did because this really seems like the last Chinese food takeout place in all of South Brooklyn where there chicken actually tastes like chicken and they are clearly using higher quality ingredients than there competition.

I've had there chicken with broccoli, garlic chicken, curry chicken, chicken in black bean sauce, and there lo mien, and not only are the portions huge, but all the sauces taste great as well.

Yao, the owner, speaks perfect English, and unlike most take out places, he is friendly, funny, and extremely accommodating and will tweak your order just the way you like it without any hesitation.

Don't order anything beef related or tacos. The beef was incredibly chewy and bland in flavor. Tacos had very little filing inside of them (at least compared to other places I've been to).

But the chicken over Mexican rice was pretty decent for its price. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the extra toppings I ordered weren't bad.
