Ordered my food online at 8:30pm and at 9:42pm I received a text alert saying that my food was out for delivery. 10:30 pm rolled around and still no food so I decided to call and was placed on hold but no one ever returned to the phone. After waiting for another 15 minutes on hold I hung up and I called back and the phone just kept ringing. So then at 10:45pm I drove to the store only to be told that the delivery guy forgot something and had to come back to the store but he is on his way now. So then I asked how long will it be and the cashier called him and he then advised her that he had to come back to the store again because he gave away one of my items. The cashier then informs me that they are going to make a fresh pasta bowl for me (the item He gave Way) but while I was waiting for another 5 minutes the cashier began to have a little spat with one of the food preparers trying to explain to him that I am waiting and she asked for the pasta bowl to be made and it still isn’t made. At that point, I simply asked for a refund... the manger (also a food preparer) refunds my card then tells me that the machine ate my receipt so I had no proof.
To top off all of the above ... NOT ONE FOOD PREPARER WORE GLOVES! The entire back of house was dirty. The same manager that came to refund my purchase touched the register with his hands and went right back to preparing food without sanitizing in any way. Not to mention I observed the delivery man opening his orders to place condiments in the boxes (you guessed it) with no gloves. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM DOMINOES

Read moreHave ordered a few times, but todays order was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered 4 pies, 2 dipping sauces, and a 2 liter soda. Order arrives 20 minutes late, 2 of the 4 pizza boxes are visibly damaged, so I ask he driver how damaged are the pizzas going to be, he says “call the store”.
So I call the store, ask for the manager, and was met with a rude gentleman on the other end of the phone. I explain, that 2 of my pizzas are inedible, I’m missing the 2 dipping cups, and I’d like my food redelivered and a refund, because every time I’ve ordered from this location (which I can’t choose via online ordering it just picks the closest store) there have been mistakes. He starts yelling at me, telling me he doesn’t know what I want, I repeated myself. He starts screaming at me, interrupting, at first he says he’ll refund me, I say no, because I’d like to eat my dinner. He says he can redeliver. I said, can you just redeliver the 2 pies that are inedible and refund half my order? No. Rude and yelling the entire time. Every time I’ve called before, to get issues resolved, I’ve been given promises and they’ve never been given.
I’m hopeful that in the 40 minutes he estimates the food to be resent, that I won’t encounter the same issue, or at least it’ll happen to the two pies that weren’t initially damaged and I can actually eat my dinner.

Read moreI wanted to give them Zero stars but had to give at least 1 star to post review....I placed an order online and about 5 minutes later I received a phone call telling me that they wouldn't deliver to my area because someone was robbed 5 blocks away...I live right off of bedford ave...and where their employee was apparently robbed was 5 blocks closer to their store...it made no sense...that's like saying that they wouldn't deliver at all because it was a dangerous area...so after arguing with them for 30 minutes and them acting stupid as if nobody knew who their direct supervisor was or how to get in touch with him...when I would call back after they hung up on me I would be put on hold for long periods of time...or hung up on... i went to the store to pick up my order...and said that i wanted a number for a manager...the person in the store eventually gave me the district managers number (when i was on the phone they told me that there was no district manager...now all of a sudden they had a number ... hhhmmmm) so I was given the number for the manager, whom I called as I was standing in the store...speaking to him he told me that there was a robbery but they were still delivering ...it seems as if the assistant manager in charge that night was making the decision to not deliver without the store managers approval...I will never order dominos again...my experience was horrendous....and from reading the reviews...it appears that I'm not the only one with a...
