I am beyond disgusted and will never patronize this business again. I ordered a significant amount of food today and once I was done with my errands, I anticipated going home and enjoying the meal with my children. We sat down and began to eat my meal and as I got down to the bottom of my container, I noticed a horsefly cooked into my food. Disgusted, I immediately ran to the bathroom and forced myself to regurgitate what I had already consumed. I grabbed the container and returned to the restaurant. I pointed out the fly in my food and expressed how upset I was and that it was unacceptable. They began to speak in Spanish and acted as if they didn’t understand what I was saying to them. Stay far away from this place!!! My child got food poisoning from their food! Do not buy food from them under any circumstances! When we went to their cafe to discuss the poor quality of their food, they initially spoke English. Then they switched to Spanish, claiming they didn't understand any English. We entered their kitchen where they prepare food and witnessed appalling filth. The kitchen was completely dirty, with a greasy, filthy floor. The stove was caked in grime and grease. Several foul-smelling chickens that reeked of rot were lying on the table. We took several photos of this kitchen and will definitely post them on Google Maps to protect others from getting sick. I really use to enjoy going to this place every so often, because the prices were great and it's convenient, it's walking distance from my home. But now they are starting to overcharge the customers, and they have become money greedy. I went there today and 1 of the ladies in the front charged me $9 for a small lunch.
