Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

So, this is in fact my local Domino's [#3536, the store closest to my location] and in the past 365 days I've ordered here eight times. In general, I'm usually satisfied with the quality of my pizzas here...usually I rank them about 3 to 3.5 *'s but the last one I had here was definitely a 4.5 at least; whomever put that one together understood the assignment and knew what 'extra cheese/tomato sauce' is supposed to actually mean...I'd like to buy that person a congratulatory drink. I earned enough points for a free medium 2-topping pizza last weekend and attempted to redeem it twice this week only to find that the order wouldn't go through. Happened to pass by the place this evening to find that the store was closed on a Saturday night in the Bronx at 8 p.m...something is definitely wrong with this picture. I wonder if they had a fire or something? I can't imagine them being closed down for financial reasons since it's always pretty busy when I go there. All that aside, the biggest complaint I have regarding this store is that despite every effort I've ever made to get my pizza in my hands right of the oven (order online. show up before it's done. click the Pie Pass.) I always have to wait about ten minutes to get the attention of the guy at the window to get my pizza which I know is done because I can see my name up on their electronic pizza status flatscreen telling me that it is DONE and ready for pickup while my Domino's app is telling me the same and I'm literally staring at my pizza box on the pickup rack getting colder and colder and I like my pizza hot & fresh out the oven, this why I only do carryout. If they ever do reopen I'd recommend they assign one more person to the front - one to deal with the phone, the delivery guys, and backup post-bake prep detail (cutting, boxing, etc.) and another to deal with the customers who actually show up in person, such as myself, in a...

The worse Dominos ever!!!!!! If I could give it zero stars I wouldn't even hesitate too. I have given this place way to many chances in numerous sporadic occasions, assuming that its going to get better. But each experience there just gets worse and worse. Not spending my money here again. My last and final visit I ordered through their Dominos app. I simply ordered a Deluxe pizza ( comes with mushrooms, Italian sausage, green peppers, pepperoni, Onion's, black olives) I decided to also add red peppers. I ordered another pizza as well just regular cheese and bacon. I go in and the front person is talking on her cellphone doesn't even acknowledge me. She than proceeds to go to the carryout order station looks at me and calls out the wrong name. Would she have acknowledge me and iniatially asked my name that wouldn't have happened. She finally gives me my order, still talking on her cellphone. I did the mistake of only checking the top box pizza which was fine. I never checked the bottom. I went home and only to discover that the bottom pizza which was the deluxe pizza was completely wrong. They only put cheese and red peppers. I had to drive back and tell the woman in the front again that my order was wrong I ordered a deluxe pizza. She looks at me and asks "well what's in a deluxe pizza." I was in complete disbelief. How is that you nor the people making the order knows what's on their menu. She took the order and went to ask someone else and they looked confused until finally one person there took charge and said " this is how you make it, its simple." They finally got it right. This place is horrible! Dont know why they are still opened. When they do answer the phone they are rude and inconsiderate. I placed a order online at 730 pm and the tracker said my pizza came out at 750pm. After that the tracker stopped saying someone was making sure its perfect. I calked them back after 9pm asking where my pizza is. I was on hold forever. When they answered she was nasty and told me my food was still there in the store 2 hrs after my order. I told her u guys need to be more compassionate and why make my pizza if u know your delivery guys isnt no where near ready to deliver she says thats how it goes and my pizza wilk be out in order and she didnt know how long but wait time is 60 to 90 mins. It was already passed 90 mins. I told her that im not waiting 3 hrs for a pizza that been ready 20 mins after i placed my order and she hung up on me i kept calling and the chick never answered. I went to the store ro get something to eat and i get an alert saying someone was coming with the pizza i canceled. I called again, no answer. All the sudden 3hrs and change later a guy tells ne he's outside. I told him i canceled my order and the store knew that and he said no one told him. I told him i canceled and want my money back. He tells me i have to go to the store. I said i will not. I told them and it shouldve been done. I only rated a 1 so i can comment. This store should be closed.
