had 2 bad experiences already at this location, first I waited about 45 minutes and couldn't even place our order so we left, today I decide to order online for pickup, ordered 3 pies and 2 came wrong but the label on the box was correct. Like my God! your a new store just opened and how do you mess up a 2 topping order, those are kindergarden numbers were are playing with...one two, if this is an example of your business close down and save us all from the nightmare.

I also spoke to someone there afterwards who said they saw my review that was submitted thru dominos website and she remembered putting sausage on the pizza, really, there was about 5 pieces and the rest of the pie had pepperoni and bacon, there wasn't suppose to be any bacon, what happened to the chicken on the other pie, no mention of that but that was replaced with bacon too so we had 2 pies that with the bacon was very salty. her remark was if you didn't start eating she would replace it.

not that I am looking for a free pie but since it was in my possession, it's not like she could serve it to another customer, that isn't allow by law so to take it back was senseless and just showed the lack of business knowledge and customer service for a place serving food.

NOT A RECOMMNEDED PLACE FOR ANYONE, I WOULD SUGGEST GOING TO LITTLE CEASARS OR TO PAY MORE WITH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE IS...

Absolute worst Dominos I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I ordered for my employees at work as a treat at 5:30 tonight. At 6:15 the tracker said it left at 6:06 GREAT PERFECT! But at 6:50 I call the restaurant wondering where my order is. “Ma’am it’s on the way, there soon” the manager says. Okay... I stand outside and wait in 25 degree weather. 7:30 I call back and the manager again answers and after a few minutes tells me the driver came a couple of minutes ago and I didn’t answer the phone. Not only was I outside in the cold, but I was on the phone with my husband asking him to drop off some plates, etc. PHONE IN HAND!!! So then after I called him out on that nonsense and pointed out that that was his exact excuse the last time this location pulled this stunt. He told me it would then take another 15-20 minutes to get my order to me. At which time I cancelled. TWO HOURS after I submitted the 40-55 minute order. I had employees waiting and starving waiting for this order, just for them to unapologetically never show up and try to blame me. I’m never ordering from them again and advising the store manager in this 300+ Person staffed building to never order from them again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice... I’m...

This place is a joke. Barely speak English clearly, very rude, hung up on me when after 45 min I asked where my order was after they just verified my address an order. Man said oh 5 more min. Gave driver 13min now it's been 50min since order left facility which I'm about 7min away from. Guy in store said driver had alot of food to deliver. Called back 2nd time said cancel order please he said why, I said my food left your facility over 50min ago an has been sitting in some guys car. Please cancel order he hung up phone. I called back 3rd time asked for guy to please confirm with me that my order was cancelled an my payment would be credited back to card, no answer he now is yelling at someone else in store, he come back an says driver said he delivered your food. I said BS. I've been in my livingroom an no dominos car has even driven on my block let alone passed my house. Please cancel order an credit my card. He says you dont have food I said no, if I had the food 45 min ago would I be on the phone with you. Again cancel order credit my card please ok 2 to 3 days. I lost it I said I'll call my bank. So dysfunctional no communication, no respect for customers. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING...
